Early Education & Academic Background:
Mr. Shahid began his academic adventure at the University of the Punjab, earning a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) with distinction in 2006, where he developed his foundational knowledge of finance, business, and management.
Driven by his ambition to further specialise in business strategy and management, he pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Bahria University, graduating with honours in 2009.
During his studies, he actively participated in marketing and finance projects, alongside volunteer work, which instilled in him both an expert field and social responsibility.
Healthcare Entrepreneur – Enfield Royal Clinics:
In 2014, Shahid Munir embarked on his most ambitious mission: Enfield Royal Clinics, where he serves as Co-Founder & Chairman. Under his leadership, the brand evolved into one of the most recognised international networks of cosmetic surgery and aesthetic centres.
What started as a vision to offer world-class, affordable healthcare grew into a multi-country enterprise with branches inside the UAE (Dubai, Abu Dhabi), Oman (Muscat), Saudi Arabia (Riyadh, Jeddah), the UK (London), Pakistan (Islamabad, Lahore), and the United States (Orlando, Houston).
At Enfield Royal Clinics, Mr. Shahid introduced advanced services in plastic surgery, dermatology, non-surgical aesthetic treatments, regenerative medicine, and advanced skin care. His role encompasses strategic growth, operational excellence, and brand building, making the clinics a trusted name in medical aesthetics worldwide.
Hospitality Entrepreneur – Carnivore Restaurant:
Not one to confine himself to a single industry, Mr. Shahid expanded into the hospitality sector with the launch of Carnivore restaurant in 2023. As Co-founder & Chairman, he curated a premium dining brand that quickly acquired popularity for its fusion of international flavours with local culinary traditions.
With branches in Saudi Arabia, Islamabad, Karachi, and Lahore, Carnivore is widely known not only for its menu but for its immersive dining experience, an atmosphere where ambience, flavour, and service converge to create memorable moments.
His leadership ensures consistent quality, innovative cuisine, and customer-centric service throughout all outlets.
Marketing & Communications – Bright Ideas Communications:
In 2018, Mr Shahid also co-founded Bright Ideas (BI) Communications, a complete-service marketing and PR agency. Recognising the evolving digital landscape, he created a company that specialises in branding, public relations, and digital marketing for customers throughout the Middle East and beyond.
BI Communications has since executed impactful campaigns, elevated emblem visibility, and brought strong ROI across multiple industries. His ability to assemble a high-performing team and scale operations internationally further solidifies his reputation as a multi-industry entrepreneur.
